To Have & To Hold Pop Up Has Been Extended!

I'm having such a great time at my pop up at Husband, that I have decided to extend the finish date to 4pm on Saturday the 3rd of November. I'm looking forward to our continued conversations, and to meeting some more new enthusiasts. See you there...

It's Official - To Have & To Hold Pop Up, 8th-27th October!

The pop up is the perfect opportunity to pick up and hold my blankets - you may not want to put them back down, but that's ok, all work on display will be available to purchase. I look forward to seeing you at Husband for a coffee and a yarn.

Blue Monday

This blanket, with its more masculine colouring will be part of the collection showing at my pop up from Monday. These handmade creations are best appreciated in your hands, come by for a coffee and take the opportunity to hold this beautiful piece.

A Labour Of Love & Heirloom To Be

This blanket was created during the year my mother and I sat watching and waiting as my father slipped away into 'dementia-land'. I knotted reclaimed wool into rich colour sequences as my mother knitted. Sometimes my father held the ball of wool as we worked. A true labour of love and an heirloom to be.

The Oval Blanket

I finished this blanket in April and it's one of my favourites. I couldn't track down enough wool to make the usual size, so I knitted some half squares and made it oval shaped. As it is, it actually has wool from two different dye lots, but it all came together and the blanket now has pride of place in our kitchen/dining window box.
